The Manitoba Community for Women in Engineering, Science, Trades and Technology (MCWESTT) is a group of women from Engineering, Science, Trades and Technology who saw a need in the community for professional development, support, and celebration. MCWESTT is not an independent professional organization, but a group of women that specifically come together to plan these informative and inspirational conferences.
