December 2016 - Paradigm Consulting Group Inc.

For Paradigm Consulting Group Inc., the real reward in their work is helping others succeed. Whether with employees or clients, non-profits or corporations, industries or public sectors, Paradigm is all about building productive relationships that foster positive, mutual growth.

With offices in Regina, Saskatoon and Winnipeg, Paradigm serves more than 40 clients in vital sectors like healthcare, government, telecommunications and utilities.

Paradigm merged with Smart Employee Benefits Inc. (SEB) in 2014, allowing the company to expand its portfolio of services it can provide to clients. The merger allowed them to break out of their professional services niche and into larger, more holistic solutions.

Though the merger has allowed Paradigm to expand, its friendly prairie roots differentiate it from the competition. Paradigm’s locally centred approach to hiring has built and developed a team of home-grown, humble, cross-disciplinary expert consultants. They focus on building relationships and connecting with clients (and with each other) whether steeped in project/program/portfolio management or application services; or neck-deep in business analysis, technology management, infrastructure services or management consulting.
